Dear Diary,
This morning started off as any other day. After waking up I headed off to attend a Muay Thai class before going to work. Spending the day making coffee at Cafe Go is always a fun time!
After work I went home and quickly made some dinner before heading off to rehearsal at Impetus Dance Theatre and straight into Attitude Dance Company rehearsals.
After a long night I drove home and squeezed in a bit of time to study for my upcoming nursing exam.

Dear Diary,
Today was absolutely packed!
This afternoon Obi and I had a session with the trainer who's helping develop Obi into an assistance dog. Obi and I were both a little nervous, I think - it's been a while since the last one. He's still having the occasional hiccup, but it's nothing that won't work itself out with a little more age and experience!
After that, I had dance class at Debbie Lee School of Dance in Drysdale - only a few minutes from my home in Clifton Springs, which is very convenient. With casual class for Attitude Dance Company on a Sunday, and rehearsals for Dear Diary on Mondays and Tuesdays, it was my fourth day in a row of dancing, Diary, and it can get very tiring! It really is a passion, though, and that makes it all worth it.
When I got home, I cooked myself one of my favourite foods, spaghetti carbonara, and it was pretty dang delicious. I would have shared some with you, Diary, but I couldn't really see that going very well.
Before bed, I used one of my Lush bath bombs - they're so relaxing. There's just something special about a bath that looks like the night sky. Finally, I read for a little while, curled up with Obi and a hot water bottle. It's time to go to sleep, Diary, so I'll stop writing for now. I hope you enjoyed hearing about my day.
See you tomorrow!

Dear Diary,
What a busy day! The morning started off with teaching a dance workshop for Attitude Dance Company at Kardinia International College.
I then went to Geelong Lutheran College for a viewing of Seussical the Musical which I choreographed earlier in the year.
This afternoon I found some time to finish my final assignment for my Arts and Teaching degree at Deakin University! I’ll soon be a qualified secondary teacher.
My evening was filled with more dance believe it or not! First was Impetus, I only started there this year, but I’m loving the variety of styles we do there and the friends I get to dance with.
I finished up my evening with ADC Impact Ensemble rehearsal, which has become my second home and family.
My days are filled with dance, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
xoxo

Dear Diary,
Today I woke up at home in Teesdale, surrounded by my three cats, Bling, Squidget and Shonti. I got ready before heading off to school at Kelly Aykers Full Time Dance. The train ride was long and it’s quite cold in winter but luckily it didn’t rain.
Most of my favourite classes were on today, including our commercial class and tap. After school I headed to CircArts in Breakwater where I take aerial hoop and silks classes.
After classes it’s pretty late but I head home and get ready for bed. At the moment I am watching the Game of Thrones series and trying to avoid all season eight spoilers! I am also working through the marvel movies and rewatching all the Disney classics.
Coming up this weekend, I’ve got plans to sew a corset to begin work on my Snow White ball gown. Working on my costumes is exciting and inspires me, as what I really want to do in the future is work at Disneyland as a princess character performer.
Until next time,
Jaime xx
