It’s been a while, but we’ve got some news to share!
ADC Director Xavier McGettigan along with The Hot Chicken Project and wine expert Laura Viva have teamed up to start development on our next project, Perfect Pairing, thanks to the Geelong Arts Centre. We have been accepted in the Centre’s Creative Engine program, and are a recipient of their Jump Start grant.
The project is a wine tasting with an arts twist: pairing wine with food? No, they'll be pairing wine with dance! Professional dancers, wines, and original dance pieces will be developed with a focus on local wines and creatives.
GAC’s Jump Start grant allows us to run a development season of the work, with aims to mount a public performance season sometime in 2022.

We are also very excited to announce that we have recently been supported by Platform Arts for our rehearsals for our upcoming show Fantasy. We have a lot of history in this building, where many holiday workshop performances have been held, as well as our previous works Headcase and Ours.
We are so thankful to the Platform team, and between lockdowns have had fantastic rehearsals in the space, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for us in this amazing space.
